Levi Giesbvecht is an entrepenuer who makes a point that loving your buisness and loving your customer is essential to running your buisness.
Levi thinks that loving your customer and beleives any buisness should be the buisness of making people happy. Your customers should be kept happy with how they are treated so they will be a returning customer. He beleives Spa Utopia is very successful because people are treated nicely and feel happy when they leave.
Along with loving your customer, Levi beleives you have to love your buisness just as equally. If your employee are unhappy this will reflect on the customers being unhappy, and in turn not come back. But when employees are given good benefeits, and employee trips and such, even if another job pays better, they will stay and be happy because they know they are being treated well.
